(1) The employment service center shall update the list of employers within its area. (2) In the process of updating the list in accordance with sub-section (1), the employment service center shall provide any governmental or non-governmental agency or organization in addition to the local level with the requested details of the employers within the local level. (3) According to sub-section (2), in case of writing from the employment service center, all related agencies shall provide the details of the employers under them or the work done by them and the details of the manpower required for such work to the employment service center in the prescribed format.
(4) The employment service center shall send the details of the employer as per this section to the ministry and the concerned state government.
(5) Other provisions related to collection and updating of details of employers shall be as prescribed.
